After a master degree in psychology with a specialization in adult education, Philippe started as learning advisor at the International Labor Organization (ILO), a United Nations agency. Back in Belgium, he focused on creating and professionalizing training centers for small and medium-sized enterprises.
In 1994, Philippe joined a national telecom operator to take the lead in HR transformation projects. He then joined one of the 4 global consulting firms to develop a service line focused on HR transformation and talent management.
Following this, he worked in the automotive world as director of human resources for a leading international group, specialising in the distribution of premium and luxury brands. Here, he acquired experience of major brands and their approach in various markets both at a strategic and operational level; in particular, as director of dealerships and customer experience for Toyota and Lexus.
Today, as consultant-trainer, Philippe strives to develop the human dimension in business. Inspired by his Toyota Way experience, he designs and runs programs for leaders and managers, focused on teamwork and continuous improvement of managerial practices.
He is certified in Lego Serious Play, Manage Personal Growth, Agile Organization and Learning On Line.
